Jesse

I have been learning and practicing yoga since I was five years old. I have studied with many teachers who specialize in different methods and styles.

My teaching is eclectic and responds to the bodies and “head space” of my students. Classes are focused on breath, body, stretching, strengthening, toning and relaxing.

I believe that verbal and physical support are critical teaching components. I am interactive and personally assist each student during every class.

Class size is limited to four students to ensure personal attention.
